›Does my purchase include future books?
No. Each new book is a separate one-time $3.99 purchase with its own pages. Submitting a personalized page does not unlock a new book or provide a discount.
›How much does it cost?
The full book is a one-time purchase of $3.99 (US dollars). It is not a subscription, so you won't be charged again. Sales tax may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
›What can my child color for free?
Two pages are always free: the Starry Unicorn and the Mirror Fish. Kids can color them, undo, clear and save their picture without paying anything.
›What does the $3.99 unlock?
It unlocks the full book: 15 storybook pages in total (puppy, castle, dinosaur, rocket, mermaid, owl, butterflies, lion, kitten, turtle, hot air balloon, bunny, train and more), each with a detailed scene inside an ornate frame. Every page in the book is included, and you keep access forever.
›Is there a subscription or anything to cancel?
No. You pay once and the pages stay unlocked. There's nothing to renew or cancel.
›How do I get back to the pages later, or on another device?
You sign in with email or Google before you buy. Sign in with that same account on any phone, tablet or computer, and all the pages unlock again automatically.
›Does my child need an account?
No. The account belongs to the parent and is only used to remember the purchase. Kids just pick a crayon and tap to color.
›Who handles the payment?
Payments are processed securely by our online reseller, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. We never see or store your card details.
›Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you're not happy, you can request a full refund within 15 days of your purchase at paddle.net.
