These terms apply to Storybook Colors, a digital coloring book website operated by ESJ Enterprises ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms.

The product

The original book has two free preview pages. Each book is a separate one-time digital purchase of $3.99 USD that unlocks its 15 pages for the parent account used to buy it. Buying one book does not unlock another. There are no subscriptions, renewals or contributor discounts. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, tax, invoicing and refund processing are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our Refund Policy offers a full refund when requested within 15 days of purchase.

Your account

Purchases are linked to a parent account. Keep your sign-in details private. Accounts are intended for adults; children may use the coloring pages under a parent's supervision.

License

You may color, save and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell or redistribute the artwork.

Intellectual property

ESJ Enterprises retains its rights in the website, software, branding, documentation and book collections. No ownership of these rights is transferred by a purchase. Artwork rights apply to the extent protected by applicable law; third-party rights remain with their respective owners.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully, commit fraud, send spam, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, interfere with security, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape protected content, bypass purchase restrictions or share access for resale.

Personalized pages and submissions

Parents are responsible for their prompts, having rights to any input, and reviewing generated images for accuracy and suitability before children use them. Do not request illegal, abusive, hateful, sexual or violent content, impersonations or deepfakes, malware, or attempts to bypass safety controls. AI images may contain mistakes and are not professional advice.

You retain any rights you have in your inputs. Generated output rights depend on applicable law and third-party rights; exclusivity or copyright protection is not guaranteed. Submitting a generated page and optional note to book notes gives ESJ Enterprises permission to store, review and adapt that submission for a future separately sold coloring book. Submission does not promise inclusion, compensation or a discount.

We may refuse image requests, filter or remove content and restrict access for safety or infringement. Rights holders can raise a complaint through the support contact on their receipt or Paddle's support at paddle.net for referral to ESJ Enterprises.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or serious or repeated violations, including infringement. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow a response. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights or our refund policy.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available but cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted. We may add or improve pages over time.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
